NEW CAMERA

JUST A NOTE:

I have a new camera. I am shooting pictures everywhere learning how to use this and all it's features. The picture on my header of the flowers was my first picture I took. I loved how it turned out!! Maybe I will turn out to be a good photographer one day!!
I'm still playing with stuff like "am I too close or to far away?" or "is it light enough or not?" so for me it's kind of a trial and error in the learning process.

I will change out the HEADER picture monthly I think...as I hope to take some more cool pictures to share and decorate...

THANKS FOR STOPPING BY AND HAVING A LOOK!!

NEW YARN AND NEEDLES

I went to a new yarn shop in Haddonfield, NJ called "Wool Play". I couldn't leave there empty handed could I? So I bought a few things. A Lovely new set of ADDY Turbo circular knitting needles #11 at 24" long which I think I'm going to love. I have been using Bamboo needles lately and I love them too but I heard these Addy's are great so I will give them a try. I have some Cotton yarns and Wool and Alpaca Wools. Now the question is...What am I going to make??? The ideas are beginning to come to me
but...SHHHH....I can't tell you yet.
Christmas is coming I better get busy on this
Stash!!

KAL Dishcloth October First

It's a bit hard to see the design in this dishcloth due to the color I think. It is a Fireman's helmet and hatchet. This is our KAL (knit a long) for the first part of October.

Dishcloth Stripes

I just had to try the new self striping Cotton Yarn

I love the colors in this dishcloth, knitted in a

garter stitch.

KNITTED BOA SCARF

I really enjoy knitting scarves. This particular scarf was knitted with the Boa Yarn. It turned out great and the person who got it loves it! I have made a few JUST LIKE THIS ONE...

Mostly due to the "word of mouth" syndrome....LOL!!

CROCHETED PONCHINI

I Love Crocheting Too!!

Here's a cute Ponchini.

I think the pattern turned out nice, however I don't really care for the "fuzzy" Fun Fur stuff the pattern called for. Next time I would like to try a different yarn OR maybe mixing a few different ones together.

GREETINGS!

Greetings!

Welcome to my first Blogspot. Nice of you to stop in! I hope this will be a nice place to show off some of my "creations". Some I think turn out better than others. I love doing all kinds of needlework but I'm more hooked on some, more than others. I will share my pictures with you as I go along with my projects...and blogging who knows what along the way!
